GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (AMEX: GSB) announced today that its Chief Financial Officer and Interim President, Kelly E. Simmons, has tendered his resignation to become effective July 30, 2008. Power-One, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWER), a leading provider of power conversion and power management solutions, today announced that for the second quarter ended June 29, 2008, net sales were $149.3 million, an increase of 21% from $123.8 million in the second quarter of 2007. Net loss was $0.04 per share compared to a net loss of $0.13 per share for the same period last year, which included $0.03 of restructuring and impairment charges.

Qimonda AG (NYSE: QI) today announced results for the third quarter of financial year (FY) 2008, which ended June 30, 2008. Net sales decreased to Euro 384 million, or 7 percent, from Euro 412 million in the second quarter of FY 2008. Compared to the third quarter of FY 2007, sales declined 48 percent from Euro 740 million.
