(June 15, 2004) – In a step toward recognizing the people of NetJets who are represented by collective bargaining agreements, the company has instituted a Labor Relations Department within the People Department. The department will be led by Mark Okey, director of labor relations. The new organization will provide a focal point for dealing with issues that face the crafts and classes represented by the Teamsters and allow relationships to grow, and the result will be better representation for the bargaining unit.
