FCCI Insurance Group Selects STG's Renaissance eBilling System for Commercial Lines

NEW YORK, Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Task Group (STG) announced today that it has signed a contract with FCCI Insurance Group (FCCI), a leading commercial property and casualty insurance provider rated A (Excellent) by the A.M. Best Company. FCCI was looking for a component-based commercial lines software solution and selected STG after an extensive evaluation process.

Under the contract, FCCI will replace its current billing systems with STG's Renaissance eBilling, a Web-enabled, scalable, and object-oriented insurance billing and accounts receivable system. Renaissance eBilling will centralize and streamline FCCI's billing and accounting operations by consolidating more than 15,000 policyholder transactions from multiple distributed applications. This will help FCCI reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance administration management, while improving customer service.

"We are impressed by STG's Renaissance eBilling System and look forward to integrating it with ExpressServe(SM), our online customer resource center," states Brenda Davis, Chief Information Officer at FCCI. "The end product, ExpressBill, will create a more efficient, more flexible billing solution for our agents and policyholders."

According to Harry Coster, President and CEO of STG, "We are pleased that FCCI selected STG and we will work as a true strategic partner with FCCI to achieve their business goals and help them grow their business." He adds, "We are confident that the mature insurance functions and processes inherent to Renaissance eBilling, combined with our strong experience in delivering quality solutions, will assist FCCI in streamlining their billing operations across all lines of business."
